Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use navivisas.com and our portals, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.
What we have done
- Visible labels on form fields, and error messages in text (not colour alone).
- Keyboard access with a visible focus outline, and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Text and buttons with sufficient colour contrast; layouts that work on phones and at 200% zoom.
- Animations reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
Some older pages, PDF documents and the photo cropping tool are not yet fully accessible. If anything is hard to use, we will help you by phone, WhatsApp or email, or by arranging a home visit.
